Quality Policy

COMSPAIN XXI is a company dedicated to the design, supply and maintenance of equipment for the fertilizer industry, mining, the chemical industry and the energy sector.

Our scope comprises:

"Engineering, design and project management for the manufacture and repair of equipment for fertilizer production, the chemical industry, mining and municipal solid waste."

The Company's Management undertakes to comply with the quality policies, making a commitment to our customers' needs and to compliance with current legislation and other applicable requirements.

Our commitment is based on the following guidelines:

  1. Implement and maintain a quality system that complies with the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, fostering continuous improvement that reflects and expresses our customers' needs.
  2. Ensure compliance with the quality requirements stipulated in contracts with our customers, as well as in applicable standards and codes.
  3. Implement corrective actions for each of the problems that arise in our equipment and/or the company's internal processes.
  4. Establish ongoing training programmes that provide highly qualified personnel able to give customers a better service and work safely. Improve their competencies.
  5. Raise staff awareness of, and engage them with, the implementation of good environmental practices.
  6. Involve, motivate and engage staff with a view to securing their participation in the management, development and application of the Quality System, always instilling a culture of prevention.
  7. Maintain ongoing contact with customers and suppliers, in order to work together to improve the quality of their services.
  8. Ensure compliance with, and the satisfaction of, our customers.
  9. Set objectives, targets and programmes that serve to achieve the objectives established.
  10. Respect for the environment: meeting present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
