Specialists in mills
Mills have been used in industry for centuries; since the industrial development of the nineteenth century they have grown far more sophisticated, with different designs for each kind of problem: primary crushing at the quarry, secondary crushing, tertiary crushing and on to fine grinding, at particle sizes below 100 microns.
In general they consist of a robust body housing a rotating element, which may or may not carry accessories such as hammers or chains.
At COMSPAIN we design, manufacture and maintain mills, both as catalogue models and built to the customer’s requirements.

COMSPAIN can process any kind of rock or mineral at throughputs of up to 2,000 t/h and feed sizes from 0 to 1,800 mm, as well as fine grinding for chemical products and lump breaking for fertilizers.
The mills come with their own support frames and are built as catalogue models or to the customer’s specification. We design each machine around the material, the inlet and outlet particle size, the throughput and the process conditions.
