An industry where the material is everything
In chemicals, the same rotary dryer can be a perfect solution or a problem within weeks, depending on the steel it is built from. We work with a wide range of chemical products — acids, salts, resins, catalysts — and select the contact material from how aggressive the product actually is, not from a default.

Material selection
The right material for each product
Linings and coatings
Where the product is aggressive but the cost of an all-stainless machine is not justified, we line only the critical contact areas.
Design for special atmospheres
Products that call for a controlled atmosphere, that must be kept away from oxygen, or that need protection against dust explosion risk (some of the products we process, such as certain nitrates and oxidising compounds, require exactly that).
Selection based on the actual product
Before settling on a material we analyse the customer’s specific product — we don’t assume that “potassium chloride” behaves the same way at every concentration and in every condition.
