Our approach
The right part, to the right specification
An unplanned plant shutdown costs far more than the part that caused it.
That is why we supply spare parts built to the same engineering standard as new equipment: the same certified materials, the same tolerances, the same quality control.
The equipment doesn’t have to be ours. We manufacture spare parts for rotary drums, mills and solids processing equipment from any manufacturer, including cases where no original drawings are available: we measure the damaged or worn part and reproduce its geometry and specification before manufacturing the replacement.

Riding rings, trunnion and thrust rollers
Forged tyres and shrink-fitted rollers made to suit the equipment, with the floating fit that prevents localised wear.
Drum shells and structural components
Replacement of drum shell sections that are damaged or at the end of their life, in the original material or adapted to current process conditions.
Drive and lubrication systems
Gearboxes, couplings, automatic lubrication systems and emergency auxiliary drives.
Wear parts
Flights, liners and internals subject to continuous wear from the product being processed.

Reverse engineering and manufacture of spare parts for equipment we did not design, working from the existing part where no drawings are available.
No original drawings
No original drawings?
You don’t need them. If the equipment isn’t ours, or the drawings have been lost over the years, we measure the damaged or worn part, identify the material and the tolerances, and manufacture an exact replacement — or an improved one, where the wear points to a weakness in the original design. This is routine on equipment with decades of service whose original manufacturer no longer exists or no longer supports it.
